We offer dance floor rentals for events in and around the Springfield / Southwick MA area. Many event venues do not offer a dance floor (or they have an incredibly old, beat up floor). The rule of thumb is to assume that 33% of your guests will be dancing at any given time. Then, each dancer need about 8-10 square feet of elbow room to actually dance! So, as an example:
100 guest wedding = 33 dancers @ 8 to 10 sq ft per person ~ 300 sq ft, which is an 18x18 dance floor.

under 20 dancers = 12 x 12
20-30 dancers = 15 x 15
40-60 dancers = 21 x 21
60-100 dancers = 24x24

Dance floor must be setup on a hard surface (indoors or on cement, pavers, etc). We can not install on grass.
Delivery in typically done 4-8 hours before your event and removal is the following AM. We may charge an additional fee for late-night removal.
Our dance floors are not real wood. We use a modern style floor that is made of vinyl.
